5.6 happy miles!!! I took my time and they were slooooooow, but it was most importantly...a pain-free run! I even ran up a serious quarter-mile hill and didn't walk the entire time. All in all, a great move in the right direction.
Do we have a shirt color picked out? I want to place my order soon...
